Frederik has been awarded a Proof-of-Concept grant from KU Lighthouse

We are happy to announce that Frederik has been awarded a Proof-of-Concept grant from KU Lighthouse.

Through his research, Frederik has identified novel phage-antibiotic combinations that show great promise in vitro, and he is now taking it to the next stage. The University of Copenhagen's innovation department has accepted the project, and the work is now moving towards a patent filing, with the longer-term ambition of founding a start-up.

The Proof-of-Concept programme helps support commercial and non-commercial projects emerging from UCPH and is often one of the first steps researchers take towards a spin-out company.
